Upcoming Defensive Tactics Classes:

Defensive Tactics 04/03/10 from 9-1. This class will be primarily for young children and women. Focusing on strikes during the first two hours and the second two hours will be used for practical application of the strikes to escape an attack.

Upcoming Firearms Classes:

Firearms Class 04/10/10 from 9-3, in Yakima starting at the East Valley Fire Dept. This is a 6 hour course, starting with 2 hours in the classroom followed by 4 hours at the range. Contact Rob if you are interested in taking the class. The student is responsible for bringing 200 rounds of ammunition.

First Aid Classes:

These classes are taught with the American Heart Association Cirriculum. Upon completion of this 4 hour course the student will have knowledge in First Aid/CPR/Difribulation and a two year certification card will be issued through the American Heart Association. Public classes offered occasionally, contact Rob if interested, businesses contact for special pricing.
